Ending a subscription
Cancellation concerns when an ongoing contract ends and whether any future renewal or charge takes place. The final terms will explain the applicable notice period, end date and access during the paid period. A working online cancellation process will be provided where required.
Withdrawing from a purchase
Eligible consumer distance contracts generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. The exact instructions will accompany the final product agreement. Starting a download does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to give up every withdrawal right.
Where required, the online withdrawal process will include a confirmation step and a receipt you can retain. It will be separate from cancelling future renewal.
Refunds and product problems
Statutory withdrawal and remedies for a defective product remain separate from any voluntary money-back policy. No additional money-back guarantee is currently offered. The final agreement will explain the refund route and applicable timing without removing mandatory rights.
